Located in the Beauséjour BIA in Sainte Marie, the project has a high density program. Divided into two large complexes, Venda and Canopée 2, both operations are crossed by the waterfall mall, part of the BIA development. The regulations of the latter impose a temporization of the water on the site itself, which led us to work on gardens allowing the temporization and absorption of water in the very heart of the island, giving at the same time a lush patio for the residents.
Preserved in the open ground, it was possible to plant this heart of the islet with highly developed plants, accommodating the lower strata of vegetation as much as possible.
Bordering on the waterfall mall, which is a pedestrian space allowing people to circulate in the BIA away from the tracks, the fences of Canopy 2 have been set back to make them disappear in the vegetation, erasing the impression of compartmentalization of the spaces.
