The mission consists of a project for the development of a residential area at the southern entrance to Bourail.
The purpose of the study is, following an inventory of fixtures on the basis of an initial diagnosis carried out by CLC in June 2013, to propose development scenarios that take into account the existing situation, such as the measures related to the PUD regulations, and those related to the destination of the zone, i.e. a mixed housing estate, established according to an environmental approach to town planning.
The plot is currently part of a rural fabric, where there are occasionally a few isolated individual dwellings.
Next, the sketch phase was organised in three stages :
- Determination of road principles
- Determination of urban forms for the entrance shopping plaza
- Mass Plan Sketch
On the basis of this first sketch, a mass AVP layout plan was drawn up.
